Terms of Service

AI Games (the "Service") is an online platform for publishing and playing HTML5/WebGL web games. The Service enables game developers (publishers) to upload and distribute games, while players can enjoy games and earn $AIGM points based on their activity.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to all users of the AI Games platform (including the website and related services). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

To use the Service, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 14 years old. Users under 14 require parental consent.
• You must have a valid email address.
• You must register via OAuth authentication through Google or GitHub.
• You must agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where using the Service is not prohibited.

Publishers must submit games following these technical requirements:

• Game files must be compressed in ZIP format and uploaded. Maximum file size is 250MB.
• The ZIP root must contain an index.html file.
• HTML5, Canvas, WebGL, and WebAssembly game formats are supported.
• An automatic security scan runs immediately upon upload. A security score of 60 or higher is required for review queue placement.
• Final publishing requires passing manual admin review.
• Games run in a Sandbox iframe environment. Dangerous patterns like eval() and document.cookie access are blocked.

$AIGM is a point system used within the AI Games platform. Currently in V1 (Phase A), it operates as an off-chain, database-based point system.

Point value is not guaranteed. Users will be notified separately regarding any future on-chain token conversion. At the current stage, points cannot be traded outside the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension, point confiscation, or service access restrictions:

• Fraudulent activity score acquisition using bots, automated scripts, or macros
• Automated ad clicking or fraudulent ad impression generation
• Using another person's account or logging in with someone else's credentials
• Malicious exploitation of service security vulnerabilities
• Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior toward other users
• Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities
• DDoS attacks, hacking, or unauthorized access attempts on platform infrastructure
• Uploading content that infringes copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Distribution of illegal content (gambling, pornography, violence, etc.)
• Attempts to trade $AIGM points outside the platform

AI Games operates an Anti-bot system. Abnormal activity may result in activity score deductions, point forfeiture, or account suspension.

AI Games is not responsible for:

• Service interruptions, data loss, or damages caused by system errors
• $AIGM point value fluctuations or losses
• Damages caused by third-party game content
• Disputes or transactions between users
• Service disruptions from external services (Google AdSense, OAuth providers, etc.)
• Service changes or interruptions due to changes in applicable law

Intellectual property rights for the AI Games platform's design, logo, software, and content (excluding user games) belong to AI Games. Copyright for games uploaded by publishers belongs to the original creators. Publishers grant AI Games a non-exclusive license for game hosting and distribution.

Content posted by users on the platform, such as reviews and comments, may be used by AI Games to the extent necessary for service operation.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to service use shall be under the jurisdiction of Korean courts as the court of first instance.

In case of disputes, parties should first attempt resolution through negotiation via support@aigames.io. If negotiation fails, either party may file with the competent court.

AI Games may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through in-service announcements or email. Users who do not agree to modified Terms may discontinue use and delete their account. Continued use of the Service after modified Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
